HuaPengFei Announces Plan to Fully Acquire 100% Equity of JingYi Technology

On May 24, Huapengfei (Stock Code: 300350) issued an announcement stating that the company is planning a major asset restructuring and will continue its trading suspension starting from the market opening on Thursday, May 24, 2018. The announcement revealed that the company intends to acquire 100% equity interest in the target asset, Shanghai Jingyi Technology Co., Ltd., by issuing shares and paying cash.


According to VCBeat, Shenzhen Huapengfei Modern Logistics Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. The company currently has a registered capital of RMB 533.64 million. It is a key logistics enterprise in Shenzhen, a national AAAA-grade logistics enterprise, and a pilot enterprise for drop-and-pull transport in China. The company was successfully listed on the ChiNext Board in August 2012, with the stock code 300350.


From the perspective of the company’s development history and network, its headquarters is located in Shenzhen. It employs over 1,000 staff, operates more than 50 branch offices, maintains warehouse space exceeding 300,000 square meters, owns a fleet of over 300 vehicles, and has a logistics service network covering the entire country.
