The theme of this year’s “Huixin Cup” Emerging Technology + Internet Innovation Competition is “Sci-Tech Innovation for the World, Youth Rejuvenating the Nation.” The competition aims to vigorously develop emerging technologies and promote industrial upgrading across various sectors through technological innovation and the transformation of business models. It seeks to drive the deep integration of cutting-edge emerging technologies—such as big data, artificial intelligence, technological culture and arts, and tech-enabled social welfare—with the “Internet Plus” real economy. Furthermore, by stimulating the enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship among college students, progressive young people, scientific and technical personnel, research groups, and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), the competition strives to enhance the quality of societal entrepreneurship and employment, establish a new landscape for public culture, convey the power of social welfare, and advance the construction of a modernized economic system.
This year marks the inaugural nationwide launch of the “Huixin Cup” Emerging Technology + Internet Innovation Competition, as well as the fifth anniversary of the “Out of Control College Student Innovation Competition” establishing its presence in Northeast China. The joint implementation of the “Huixin Cup” and the “Out of Control College Student Innovation Competition” represents a significant initiative to co-create a local ecosystem for mass entrepreneurship and innovation, promote its development, showcase local projects, and aggregate core resources. The co-hosting of this competition will undoubtedly drive mass entrepreneurship and innovation into every corner of society. With richer content designed to inspire creativity and showcase achievements, the event facilitates connections between grassroots innovators and elites, enterprises and society, and government and markets. It not only fully demonstrates the new achievements in mass entrepreneurship and innovation but also vividly presents a grand panorama where the scenery beyond Shanhai Pass is at its best, and opportunities are flourishing on the black soil of Northeast China.
