Empowering Physician Entrepreneurship, Advancing Primary Healthcare Development

After four years of accumulation and iterative optimization, the new medical service model meticulously crafted by Mommy Knows has achieved “four online” dimensions—user online, doctor online, service online, and management online—to comprehensively enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency.

The new patient-centric medical service model, combined with outpatient operational standards aligned with international JCI accreditation and a proprietary, continuously optimized smart healthcare management system, has empowered Mami Zhidao to support physicians in launching their own practices and to bolster the development of primary care. In 2018, with strong financial backing from investors including Fenxiang Investment, SoftBank China, Chunshi Capital, Yingzhi Capital, and Yiqichuang, and through deepened collaboration with the renowned Hong Kong-based healthcare chain United Family Healthcare, Mami Zhidao began leveraging its user traffic resources, delivering training and standardized systems, and providing internet product R&D capabilities. These initiatives aim to help more physicians realize their dream of opening clinics and enable more families to access compassionate, high-quality medical care.
