Xiuyu Group Files IPO Prospectus Following Strategic Acquisition of Haiyi Yuemei, Expanding Its Network to Over 900 Direct-Operated Beauty Salons and 20 Chunyu Medical Aesthetic Clinics

Through capital acquisition, Xiuyu Group has completed its controlling stake in Haiyi Yuemei, officially making Haiyi Yuemei Medical Aesthetics Outpatient Department a new member of the Xiuyu Group.

According to available information, Haiyi Yuemei Medical Aesthetic Clinic was formerly the Center for Medical Cosmetology and Plastic Surgery of the Navy General Hospital. Established in 1990, it was one of the earliest medical institutions in China to offer cosmetic and plastic surgery services. Over the past 28 years, through the relentless efforts of generations of Haiyi professionals, it has developed into a nationally renowned brand in medical aesthetics and plastic surgery. It ranks among the industry leaders in terms of expert teams, technical expertise, medical equipment, nursing staff quality, and service systems. In 2016, the Center for Medical Cosmetology and Plastic Surgery of the Navy General Hospital was relocated in its entirety to the Zizhuyuan Park area and renamed Haiyi Yuemei Medical Aesthetic Clinic.
